Caribbean Luxury Property is well equipped to oversee the Management of Your Property, We agree to look after and to keep your property in the best condition. We will also arrange for our staff to pay all utility bills for the Property while it is un-occupied or to ascertain that when in occupation all bills are paid on time and the property kept up in appearance by existing tenants.

We make arrangements to pay additional bills on your behalf i.e., Maid Service, gardener, Insurance & taxes if and when the need arises.

Our Staff will visit your property twice weekly to check on any improprieties and if the property is empty, we will arrange to have it aired out once every fortnight.
